Burberry Client Advisor position in Brussels. Deliver luxury retail service, build client relationships, and exceed sales targets in a mainline boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs, including appointment bookings, units per transaction, average transaction value, and average unit retail
- Inspire clients through storytelling and authentic passion for the Burberry brand, fashion, and luxury products to create desire and build emotional connections
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice, demonstrating high-level expertise in luxury goods and fashion trends
- Execute the client journey flawlessly: establish strong first impressions, discover client preferences, position appropriate products, and close sales with confidence
- Conduct efficient follow-up services and maintain post-sale relationships to drive client retention and incremental purchases
- Build and maintain a personal client book through appointment-based consultations, capturing new luxury clients while driving retention and recurring engagement
- Maintain visual standards and luxury retail presentation across store front and back-of-house spaces, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and markdown compliance
- Support daily store operations by assisting with product replenishment, visual merchandising according to Burberry guidelines, and inventory control
- Foster a positive team environment and contribute to collaborative store culture
Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding individual sales targets and commercial objectives
- Previous experience in clienteling or luxury retail client management
- Strong product knowledge and comprehensive understanding of store retail operations
- Knowledge of competitor product positioning and market landscape
- Demonstrated confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care in client interactions
- Impeccable presentation and polished communication skills at all professional levels
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail, clienteling, or luxury brand environments is required. Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent sales performance and manage client relationships is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; fashion or retail-focused training is advantageous.
