Burberry Client Advisor position in Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive. Luxury retail sales role combining client relationship management with fashion expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs including Appointments, UPT (Units Per Transaction), ATV (Average Transaction Value), and AUR (Average Unit Retail)
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and authentic passion for the Burberry brand, creating desire and emotional connection with every interaction
  • Provide luxury service while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of product, fashion trends, and personal styling techniques
  • Execute the Client journey framework: create strong initial impressions, discover client needs, establish expertise in product and styling, and close sales
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients through appointment-based personalized service to drive loyalty and incremental purchases
  • Capture new luxury clients and expand the individual and store client book with a commercial mindset
  • Drive client retention by maintaining regular contact, ensuring appropriate follow-up on sales, and addressing client requests promptly
  • Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining luxury standards in front and back of house, including product replenishment, inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance
  • Maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines using appropriate visual merchandising techniques
  • Foster teamwork and cultivate a positive work climate among colleagues

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
  • Previous experience in clientelling or luxury retail client engagement
  • Strong product knowledge and solid understanding of retail store operations
  • Knowledge of competitor products and market positioning
  • Fluency in local language with desirable English proficiency
