Burberry is hiring a Client Advisor in Beijing — deliver luxury client service, drive sales and curate personalised shopping experiences in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized luxury client experience that reflects Burberry’s brand standards and visual identity.
- Proactively generate and convert sales through expert product knowledge, styling advice and personalised clienteling.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality client book, execute tailored follow-ups and maximise repeat business via CRM and in-store outreach.
- Achieve individual and store sales KPIs and contribute to team targets through disciplined sales activity and pipeline management.
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing, cash handling and use of POS systems.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and displays consistently present the brand aesthetic.
- Collaborate with store leadership on promotions, private appointments and local events to drive footfall and brand engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, client-facing sales or personal shopping roles.
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mentality.
- Fluent Mandarin; professional-level English is advantageous for interaction with international clients.
- Impeccable presentation, discretion and a strong appreciation for luxury product craftsmanship.

Experience
At least two years of hands-on experience in luxury fashion or premium retail, demonstrating consistent sales performance and strong client relationship development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.
