Burberry is hiring a Client Advisor in Austin, Texas—deliver luxury service, build client relationships, and drive sales in flagship retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs including appointments, units per transaction, average transaction value, and average unit retail
- Deliver luxury service by demonstrating comprehensive product, fashion, and styling expertise to inspire client desire and strengthen brand loyalty
- Follow the complete client journey to elevate in-store experience: create strong initial impressions, discover client preferences, provide expert styling counsel, and close sales while maintaining ongoing relationships
- Execute efficient follow-up and after-sales services to sustain client satisfaction and drive repeat purchases
- Build meaningful client relationships through appointment-based consultations, personalized service, and regular engagement to promote loyalty and incremental sales
- Capture new luxury clients to expand the individual and store client book with a commercial mindset
- Drive client retention through consistent contact, appropriate follow-up on sales requests, and volume and spend objectives
- Maintain daily store operations by upholding luxury standards in both front and back-of-house areas, including product replenishment, inventory management, markdown execution, and stockroom maintenance
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and company policies according to Burberry guidelines
- Foster teamwork and cultivate a positive work environment among colleagues
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in clienteling or luxury retail sales
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail store operations
- Knowledge of competitor products and market positioning
- Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable
- Additional language skills are desirable
