Burberry is hiring a Client Advisor in Austin, Texas to deliver personalized luxury retail experiences and drive sales through expert product knowledge and client relationship building.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, creating desire and loyalty with every interaction
- Deliver luxury service while demonstrating expert knowledge in product, fashion, and styling
- Follow the client journey to elevate experience: create strong first impressions, discover client needs, provide styling expertise, and close sales
- Execute efficient follow-up and after-sales services to maintain client relationships
- Contribute to daily store operations while maintaining high luxury standards in both front and back of house, including product presentation, inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients to promote loyalty and incremental purchases
- Work by appointment to provide personalized service and grow the individual and store client book
- Drive client retention through regular contact and appropriate follow-up on sales and client requests
- Maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines and company policies
- Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work climate
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in clientelling or luxury retail
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations
- Knowledge of competitor products and market positioning
- Experience working as part of a high-performing team
- Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable
