Luxury boutique on PC Hooftstraat, Amsterdam seeks a Client Advisor (Chinese speaker) to serve an international, high-net-worth clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning international clientele, with particular focus on Chinese-speaking customers.
- Proactively develop and maintain a high-value client portfolio through clienteling, follow-up and relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective cross-selling.
- Use CRM and POS systems to record client data, manage appointments and track sales activity.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique presentation meets brand standards.
- Manage stock reception, replenishment and floor inventory; liaise with store management on replenishment and special orders.
- Represent the brand at private client events and support in-store client experiences and VIP visits.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken Chinese (mandarin and/or cantonese) required; ability to communicate professionally in the client's preferred dialect.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with polished presentation and a client-first mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Highly organised with attention to detail in CRM usage, client follow-up and appointment management.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings as required.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or high-end client service, preferably with exposure to Chinese-speaking clients and VIP service protocols.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury management preferred.
