Burberry is hiring a Client Advisor at De Bijenkorf, Amsterdam to deliver personalised luxury client experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that embodies Burberry’s brand standards and values.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through active listening, tailored product recommendations and thoughtful styling.
- Drive sales performance by developing each interaction, presenting complementary items and closing transactions to meet individual and store targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data, support clienteling activities and follow through on after‑sales commitments.
- Support visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping to ensure the boutique within de Bijenkorf reflects Burberry’s retail standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Management team to support daily operations, promotional activity and a cohesive team environment.

- Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse, international clientele.
- Commercially aware and confident working towards individual and store sales goals.

Skills
Experience
Previous client‑facing retail experience is preferred; candidates should demonstrate commercial awareness and a history of delivering high levels of customer service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in retail, fashion or luxury management is advantageous but not required.
