Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, elevated client experiences to acquire, retain and grow a portfolio of customers through appointment and walk-in service.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs through proactive clientelling and consultative selling.
- Present and style product knowledgeably, using storytelling to inspire desire for Burberry’s collections and accessories.
- Manage post-sale service and client follow-up, ensuring timely responses to client requests and effective after-sales care.
- Support daily store operations: maintain luxury standards front and back of house, assist with stockroom maintenance, product replenishment and markdowns as required.
- Apply Burberry visual standards in-store and contribute to merchandising, window and floor presentation.
- Act in accordance with company policies and procedures while fostering teamwork and a positive working climate.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous experience in clientelling and relationship-driven sales.
- Strong commercial mindset with an ability to capture and grow a client book.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, confident when engaging clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Fluent in the local language (Dutch); proficiency in English is desirable.

Experience
Demonstrable experience in luxury or premium retail sales with a history of delivering sales results and building long-term client relationships. Prior clientelling experience and familiarity with retail operations are expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certified courses in retail, fashion or luxury sales preferred.
