Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional luxury service through persuasive storytelling, product expertise and personalised client interactions to drive sales and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store commercial KPIs and sales targets across the accessories offer.
- Manage the end-to-end client journey: create a strong first impression, identify client needs, provide styling advice, close the sale and ensure effective after‑sales follow-up.

Qualifications
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.

- Deep passion for fashion, accessories and contemporary culture, with strong attention to detail and flair for styling.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to sell by appointment and follow up effectively after the sale.
