Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high‑value and prospective clients, cultivating long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and conversion KPIs through consultative selling and upselling.
- Maintain and develop accurate client files in the CRM, manage bookings and follow up on post‑sale service and client requests.
- Uphold boutique presentation standards: visual merchandising, inventory rotation, window displays and housekeeping.
- Process transactions, returns and repairs accurately using POS systems and ensure compliance with cash and stock controls.
- Support store operations including stock receipts, back‑office administration and adherence to loss‑prevention procedures.
- Represent the brand at in‑store events and client appointments, collaborating with the store team and wider commercial stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable client‑facing professionalism with polished grooming and presentation standards.
- Commercial orientation with strong negotiation and closing abilities; numerate and target driven.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique trading hours.
- Right to work in the country of employment and ability to travel locally for client appointments when needed.
- Fluent verbal communication and interpersonal skills suitable for high‑net‑worth client interactions.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories or beauty, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clients.
Education
