Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an impeccable, personalised client experience consistent with maison standards; cultivate long‑term relationships and proactively develop client portfolios.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of core and seasonal ranges.
- Manage CRM activities including clienteling follow‑ups, appointment booking, and accurate maintenance of customer records.
- Present products with exacting attention to detail—demonstrate product knowledge, style advice and storytelling that reflect the brand heritage.
- Process sales transactions with precision, including POS operation, cash handling and reconciliation.
- Ensure boutique visual standards, merchandising and stock replenishment are maintained; participate in inventory counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Coordinate with store management and after‑sales teams to handle repairs, exchanges and concierge services, ensuring seamless client journeys.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end client service (preferred).
