Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive and develop product and packaging concepts from brief to production-ready artwork, ensuring alignment with brand identity and seasonal direction.
- Produce detailed technical drawings, dielines and 3D visualisations for prototypes and tooling; coordinate prototype iterations with model makers and suppliers.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, sourcing and manufacturing to validate materials, finishes and regulatory compliance for cosmetics and fragrance packaging.
- Present concepts and rationales to creative directors, product managers and senior stakeholders, incorporating feedback while defending creative choices.
- Manage timelines and supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery of prototypes, samples and production assets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and material innovations to inform future collections and sustainable packaging initiatives.
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful concept-to-production work in cosmetics, personal care or luxury packaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product/Industrial Design, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design or a related discipline.
- Proven experience preparing production-ready artwork, dielines and specifications for small-format packaging.
- Strong knowledge of materials, production processes (injection moulding, thermoforming, metal finishing, glass, laminates) and regulatory constraints in cosmetics.
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills; ability to translate strategic briefs into tangible design solutions.

Experience
Approximately 3–5 years of hands-on design experience in cosmetics, luxury packaging or related consumer goods, with a demonstrable track record of delivering market-ready products.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Product/Industrial Design, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design or equivalent.
