Burberry seeks a Back of House Associate to support store operations, inventory control, product quality, after-sales processes, and administration at its Dawsonville outlet. The role also supports sales, events, visual merchandising, and stocktaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store back-of-house operations effectively and efficiently.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from the hub or warehouse, verifying product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
- Retrieve stock promptly to support the sales team, including omnichannel orders and stock pullbacks.
- Keep the back of house tidy and compliant with Retail Operations and Standards.
- Conduct quality control on products and report issues to the store lead.
- Support after-sales processes, including alterations, repairs, and personalisation, to elevate the client experience.
- Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and raise concerns immediately through Ask services.
- Handle ad hoc administration, including answering telephone calls, liaising with customer service, placing stationery and supermarket orders, and completing general administrative tasks.
- Respond to store management requests to support events, visual merchandising, stocktaking, and other duties.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
- Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work in a busy team environment.
