Role & Responsibilities
- Support senior editors in ingesting, organizing and logging footage from shoots and external suppliers, maintaining rigorous naming conventions and version control.
- Assemble rough cuts, multicam sequences and proxy timelines for review using NLEs; implement feedback and deliver successive revisions to deadlines.
- Perform basic motion graphics and compositing tasks, retiming and simple animations to brand templates.
- Prepare final masters and deliverables: export across required codecs and aspect ratios, transcode, perform QC and upload to asset management platforms.
- Assist with colour correction and conforming sessions; liaise with colourists and sound mixers to ensure technical fidelity meets broadcast and digital specifications.
- Manage media backups, archive projects, maintain project documentation and support asset ingest/export workflows between production, marketing and agency partners.
- Support on‑set with data wrangling and dailies when required, ensuring secure file transfer and metadata accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proven technical competence with nonlinear editing workflows and broadcast/digital deliverables.
- Strong understanding of color grading, audio sweetening, codecs, and frame rates used for web, social and broadcast.
- Excellent attention to detail, editorial judgement and ability to incorporate creative notes while preserving brand tone.
- Organized, communicative and able to coordinate with creative directors, producers and external vendors under tight schedules.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in post‑production for fashion, advertising or editorial content; internships and assistant roles with demonstrated reels are acceptable.
Education
Degree or diploma in film, media, digital arts, communications or a related vocational qualification; equivalent professional experience and a demonstrable showreel accepted.
