Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to drive category performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Supervise, coach and develop sales associates through real-time, in-the-moment coaching and formal feedback to lift selling skills and service standards.
- Lead the customer-facing team to deliver the full Burberry Experience; manage customer flow to ensure no client is left unattended.
- Partner with Store Manager on sell-through strategies, team training for assigned categories and monthly development plans.
- Drive collaboration between sales, specialists, stock and operations teams to optimise in-store performance.
- Own integration of new joiners and reinforce key brand behaviours through role-play and regular team meetings.
- Resolve complex customer service issues and escalate when necessary; authorise post-void transactions, promotional discounts and employee sales in managers’ absence.
- Champion the in-store digital experience, using Apple devices and digital resources to engage clients when face-to-face contact is not possible.
- Follow and enforce company policies and POS procedures; assist with opening and closing duties and other operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer-service situations (complaints, returns, repairs and after-sales).
- Professional and fluent verbal communication with clients and team members.
- Comfortable using Apple mobile devices and in-store digital tools.
- 1–2 years' supervisory or management experience in retail sales; experience within luxury retail preferred.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales, with proven coaching and performance-management capability; prior exposure to luxury retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, business, fashion or hospitality is desirable.
