Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop sales associates to enhance selling skills and consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive category sales through targeted training and sell-through strategies
- Foster a high-performing, customer-centric team culture embodying the Burberry Experience across all customer touchpoints
- Manage customer flow efficiently to provide seamless service and ensure no client is left unattended
- Encourage strong teamwork and collaboration among sales associates, specialists, stock, and operations teams
- Coach teams in real-time and post-transaction to reinforce successes and address development areas
- Support talent development and retention through performance reviews, development plans, and achievement recognition
- Lead onboarding and integration for new team members, creating supportive pathways for success
- Model the Burberry Experience by actively engaging with customers and leading by example
- Partner with Store Manager and Training departments to champion the Burberry Experience training programme

- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing premises and merchandise
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency with retail POS systems and accurate transaction handling

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional engagement with clients and team members
- Familiarity with Apple mobile devices and confidence in leveraging digital tools
- Proven retail management experience of 1-2 years with a track record of leading successful sales teams
