Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership of the Macau store, setting performance standards and modelling Burberry brand values to the team.
- Lead, motivate and coach sales associates to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high presentation standards.
- Design, deliver and track training programmes; identify, recruit and develop high-potential talent across the store.
- Manage the client database and appointment schedule to maximise client retention, repeat business and lifetime value.
- Develop and implement sales plans and local commercial strategies to drive store productivity and team performance.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support store initiatives and local partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' supervisory or management experience in luxury retail.
- Proven ability to lead a retail team with strong communication, coaching and performance management skills.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills with a commercial, results-oriented mindset.

At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record of driving sales, developing client relationships and managing store teams.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
