Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and local KPIs through daily coaching, team mobilisation and performance management.
  • Lead and inspire the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and develop high-value client relationships.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including staff scheduling, visual and merchandising standards, stock integrity and inventory controls.
  • Drive clienteling and CRM activity: ensure follow-ups, appointment management and local client outreach are executed to brand standards.
  • Manage cash procedures, POS operations and daily reconciliations; ensure compliance with loss-prevention and security protocols.
  • Contribute to local marketing initiatives, in-store events and product launches to maximise footfall and conversion.
  • Coach and develop talent: deliver in-store training, conduct performance reviews and identify succession opportunities.
  • Produce accurate sales and operational reporting for the Store Manager and regional leadership; act as store lead in manager’s absence.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury, premium or high-end retail (assistant manager, deputy manager or senior sales advisor).
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales, conversion and average transaction value.
  • Exemplary client service orientation with demonstrated clienteling skills and CRM usage.
  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills with ability to coach and motivate a small team.
  • Solid numeracy and administrative capability; comfortable with daily reporting, cash handling and inventory reconciliation.
  • Right to work in the country of employment and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Experience
