Role & Responsibilities
- Support the lead project manager in the delivery of architectural projects from concept through completion, including flagship stores, boutiques and hospitality fit‑outs.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to maintain programme, budget and quality targets.
- Prepare, review and issue technical documentation: construction drawings, specifications, tender packages and shop drawings.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets; track change orders, assist with cost reporting and support procurement of trade packages and FF&E.
- Conduct periodic site inspections, document progress and non‑conformances, and follow up to ensure corrective actions and compliance with contract requirements.
- Assist in client and contractor meetings; produce clear meeting minutes, action logs and project status reports for senior management.
- Ensure projects comply with local building regulations, planning conditions and permitting procedures; liaise with local authorities when required.
- Contribute to quality control, handover procedures and post‑occupancy evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Professional accreditation or architectural registration preferred but not required.
- Proven competence in producing construction documentation and coordinating multidisciplinary teams on building projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, tendering processes and site health & safety requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
