Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate PLM records and perform all PLM data entry to ensure integrity of product and price data.
- Prepare and distribute merchandising reports and dashboards using Excel to support commercial decision-making.
- Own the sample management lifecycle — ordering, tracking, receiving and maintaining physical samples.
- Conduct competitive and pricing analysis; partner with corporate pricing to monitor price-bands across core currencies and update PLM accordingly.
- Organise and collate collection notes, buying guides and related merchandising documentation.
- Coordinate market training logistics and provide administrative support for merchandising team initiatives.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative duties to ensure efficient day-to-day running of the merchandising team.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for product and commerce with commercial instinct.
- Strong analytical ability with confident retail mathematics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and data manipulation.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years in merchandising, retail planning, buying support or a related commercial role within fashion or luxury retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, fashion, merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
