Role & Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in achieving sales targets, margin goals and P&L objectives for the boutique.
- Lead daily store operations including visual merchandising standards, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing sales and service team; drive talent retention, scheduling and performance management.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and after‑sales service to cultivate long‑term relationships with high‑value clients.
- Implement commercial plans and promotional activities; analyse sales KPIs and translate insights into tactical actions.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations and health & safety requirements; manage third‑party service providers as needed.
- Oversee recruitment, on‑boarding and training programmes to maintain brand service levels and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership track record in a luxury retail or premium hospitality environment.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with responsibility for sales targets, margin improvement and basic P&L oversight.
- Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance development and frontline scheduling.
- Excellent clienteling and service-orientation with a focus on high-net-worth clientele.
- Right to work in the UK (or relevant local jurisdiction) and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by boutique trading hours.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive experience in retail management within the luxury fashion or premium hospitality sectors, including direct responsibility for store operations, team leadership and commercial results.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
