Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail complex, ensuring exceptional guest experience and adherence to luxury service standards.
- Lead, coach and develop store and frontline managers to drive sales performance, conversion and talent retention.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and P&L accountability; analyse KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Coordinate visual merchandising, store presentation and brand standards across the estate in partnership with brand partners and VM teams.
- Manage vendor and landlord relationships, coordinate events and activations, and ensure seamless operational delivery for promotions and seasonal cycles.
- Enforce loss-prevention, safety, regulatory compliance and facility standards in collaboration with security and facilities teams.
- Oversee inventory control, replenishment processes and back-of-house efficiency to optimise stock availability and shrink reduction.
Qualifications
- Proven retail leadership with progressive responsibility in high-volume or luxury retail environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, set target-driven strategies and deliver measurable sales growth.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with experience developing managers and frontline talent.
- Track record in visual standards, merchandising execution and brand partnership management.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
