Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver asset and profit protection, safety, and security services at the flagship Global HQ on a rotational shift schedule
- Execute thorough building patrols, control room monitoring, front entrance ID verification, goods receipt duties, and loading bay access management
- Operate and administer Access Control and Photo ID systems to ensure efficient service delivery
- Investigate all asset and profit protection matters following approved procedures, including evidence gathering and incident documentation
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of health and safety policies, site evacuation procedures, and disaster management protocols
- Support line management in incident reporting, escalation, and serious incident management as required
- Uphold exceptional personal presentation and strict uniform standards at all times
- Tailor service provision to align with evolving business needs and enhance security operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' asset and profit protection experience in control room, goods in, loading bay, or front entrance operations within a corporate environment
- First Aid at Work qualification (preferred)
- Fire Safety qualification (preferred)
- GCSE or equivalent educational standard (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Understanding of physical security equipment systems
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in asset and profit protection within a corporate environment, ideally encompassing control room operations, goods receipt management, loading bay supervision, and front entrance access control.
Education
GCSE standard or equivalent qualification preferred; First Aid at Work and Fire Safety certifications are advantageous but not essential.
