Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure high standards of Asset and Profit Protection, Safety, and Security within the Flagship Global HQ through rotational shifts.
  • Understand and align service provision with business needs, continuously enhancing services.
  • Conduct thorough patrols, manage Front Entrance ID checks, oversee Goods In duties, and control Loading Bay access to minimize risks.
  • Maintain excellent personal presentation and adhere to uniform standards.
  • Possess a sound understanding of Health and Safety policies, site evacuation, and disaster management processes, supporting line management as needed.
  • Operate Access Control and Photo ID systems, ensuring efficient service for all personnel and contractors.
  • Investigate Asset and Profit Protection matters, following approved processes for evidence gathering.
  • Perform additional Asset and Profit Protection tasks as required by business needs.

Qualifications

  • First Aid at work qualification (ideal but not essential).
  • Fire safety qualification (ideal but not essential).
  • GCSE standard education.

Skills

Minimum of 2 years of Asset and Profit Protection experience in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication skills. High level of confidentiality. Understanding of physical security equipment. Problem-solving skills. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Assertiveness and decisiveness. Flexibility for rotational shifts. Clear and concise communication. Influencing skills. Proactivity. Team player with a customer-focused attitude.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Asset and Profit Protection, specifically in control room, goods in, loading bay, and front entrance roles within a corporate setting.

Education

GCSE standard.

This position is based in Vineland, New Jersey, USA.

Compensation

Expected base salary ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with potential for additional compensation through commission, bonuses, and incentive packages.
