Burberry Area Manager – Middle East Regions in Dubai. Lead nine luxury retail stores across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire store leadership teams across nine stores, ensuring consistent and elevated Burberry brand experience
- Drive commercial performance through strategic business planning, performance analysis, and locally relevant action plans
- Develop Store Managers and future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives
- Champion client engagement strategies to strengthen customer relationships and loyalty across the region
- Ensure operational excellence through effective execution of brand standards, compliance requirements, and regional initiatives
- Travel regularly across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar to support teams, build relationships, and maintain strong market visibility
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading multiple stores or a large flagship retail operation within a luxury, premium, or service-led environment
- Strong understanding of retail performance drivers, customer experience, and talent development
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern markets or proven experience working across multiple countries and diverse cultures
- Hands-on and adaptable leadership style with ability to support teams of varying sizes, maturity levels, and business complexity
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with confidence to influence across functions and markets
- Comfort operating in fast-changing environments and motivation to contribute to business recovery, growth, and long-term success
Skills
Experience
Experience leading multiple stores or a large flagship retail operation within a luxury, premium, or service-led environment is required. Experience working across multiple countries and cultures, particularly within Middle Eastern markets, is highly valued.
