Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the establishment of the A&R system within the Allocation function and propose enhancements for future implementations
  • Partner with Merchandising to produce size profiling by country and store cluster, maximising sales and inventory turns
  • Compile and collate multi-source data to generate standard and ad hoc reporting to support seasonal buying decisions
  • Drive specific product areas in-season to ensure maximisation of sales, inventory, and stock turn at combination level
  • Produce weekly analysis reports identifying potential out-of-stocks, size imbalances, and areas of opportunity; proactively communicate findings to relevant teams
  • Generate weekly capacity reports based on floorplans and stock flow to identify opportunities and risks
  • Implement geographical store feedback to potentialise store requests in line with HUB availability
  • Create, analyse, execute, and communicate monthly floorset launches aligned with predefined Allocation strategy
  • Oversee the consolidation process to ensure timely removal of instructed product from stores
  • Coordinate new store packages in alignment with merchant ranging, floorplans, and store delivery requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key interfaces including Merchants, Planners, Operations, Logistics, Regional Directors, and Store Managers
  • Educate key interfaces about the Allocation function and identify opportunities to enhance working practices
  • Support the Merchandising Manager in achieving Allocation strategies and promote cross-functional collaboration

  • Solid interest in Fashion, Luxury, and Merchandising
  • Great analytical skills and confidence working with data and Excel
  • Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment
