Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate global aftercare services, acting as the central point of contact between Retail, Repair Centres, Supply Chain and internal teams.
- Support spare parts programme: place, track and follow up on spare parts orders and liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory records across hubs and partner repair centres; flag shortages and stock risks.
- Monitor spare parts and repair-related orders from request through completion; follow up on delays, discrepancies and unfulfilled requests.
- Support SKU creation, product data maintenance and accurate system updates for aftercare items.
- Manage escalations and customer complaints professionally, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain aftercare and spare parts tracking tools and systems, ensuring accurate and consistent data entry.
- Support reporting on service volumes, parts usage and fulfilment performance for senior stakeholders.
- Assist with logistics coordination, product reviews and service updates across customer platforms.
- Support adherence to aftersales policies and regional compliance; make customer‑focused operational decisions.
