Burberry is hiring an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator in London to manage affiliate partnerships, campaign execution and trade reporting across international markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program across four international markets via the affiliate network, ensuring accurate tracking and taxonomy consistency.
  • Coordinate global campaign launches and activations across partners and markets, maintaining brand safety and visual/written guideline compliance.
  • Validate affiliate sales by reconciling approved transactions against returns, cancellations and potential fraud to ensure correct partner payouts.
  • Monitor partner activity and regularly audit placements to protect brand integrity and prevent fraudulent behaviour.
  • Produce trade reporting on affiliate channel performance using internal analytics and network platform data; translate results into clear, actionable insights on partner contribution and ROI.
  • Collaborate with analytics and finance teams to reconcile affiliate performance with internal sales and revenue data and ensure budget alignment.
  • Build, onboard and nurture relationships with affiliate publishers—including content, shopping and loyalty partners—managing communications, creative delivery and placement approvals.
  • Identify growth and optimisation opportunities across partner types and markets through data-led analysis and regular business reviews with the affiliate network.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' experience in affiliate or partnership marketing (in-house, agency or network).
  • Proven experience with reporting tools and analytics platforms and the ability to translate data into commercial actions.
  • Strong relationship management and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple markets and partners simultaneously.
  • Proactive, curious and performance-oriented with a focus on continuous optimisation and brand protection.
