Role & Responsibilities
- Validate and process invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Match and process invoices against purchase orders, including 2-way and 3-way matching
- Manage accounts payable exceptions using invoice management systems
- Process non-purchase order invoices and verify payment status when required
- Partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice and payment queries
- Support the wider Accounts Payable team, including shared inbox management and administrative coordination
