Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned wholesale accounts during a maternity-cover period, ensuring daily continuity of service and relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development, order negotiation and promotion activation with key retailers and partners.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports and post-season performance analyses for senior commercial leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with merchandising, logistics, operations and marketing to ensure timely deliveries, accurate order execution and aligned commercial campaigns.
- Deliver persuasive client presentations, showroom appointments and product trainings; represent the brand at trade shows and merchant meetings where required.
- Resolve account issues swiftly — including pricing, stock, delivery and quality — while protecting brand positioning and long-term commercial partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in wholesale account management or B2B sales within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales data, build accurate forecasts and translate insights into action.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with a client-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities during a fixed-term assignment.
- Fluent business English; additional European language(s) an advantage.

Typically 3–5 years of account or wholesale sales experience within luxury fashion, wholesale distribution, or premium lifestyle brands, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing retailer relationships.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, fashion management or equivalent commercial experience.
