Role & Responsibilities
- Develop salon channel strategy aligned with brand and business unit objectives, translating annual plans into clear Flagship and Network priorities
- Lead Trade Marketing and go-to-market strategy aligned to brand priorities, translating product launches and campaigns into scalable in-salon activation plans
- Align Flagship performance, operations, and client experience with business unit strategy, ensuring premium brand standards and differentiated experiences
- Partner across Marketing, Education, Creative, and Flagship teams to pilot, refine, and deploy integrated initiatives
- Champion a consistent, consumer-centric salon experience by monitoring trends and translating brand initiatives into the salon environment
- Track performance metrics, risks, KPIs, forecasting, and long-range planning in collaboration with Sales and Finance functions
- Serve as liaison across Sales, Marketing, Education, Digital, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment and represent salon channel needs

- Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and drive cross-functional execution
