Randstad seeks freelance Beauty Consultants for Bumble and bumble, Origins, and other Estée Lauder brands in Concord, New Hampshire—$21.60–$32.40/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and comprehensive beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to maximize customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, application techniques, and brand storytelling
- Collaborate with store staff and partner teams to ensure optimal customer experience and operational efficiency during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution
