Bumble and bumble seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized service and beauty consultations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support in-store events and demonstrations. This is an on-call/freelance assignment staffed at Estée Lauder Companies retail locations, with Randstad as the employer of record; the hourly pay range is $21.60–$32.40.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers effectively.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and an optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire or interview.
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution preferred.
• Regularly stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor, converse with customers, and handle product packaging and display materials.
• Frequently reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail store environment with standard store lighting and ambient noise levels.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
