This freelance position offers a dynamic opportunity within the Bumble and bumble retail operation. The role combines creative expertise and passion for customer engagement to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences that educate and delight customers. The advisor will execute visual merchandising, support promotional events, and maintain active product knowledge while collaborating with the store team during scheduled shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview
- Regular standing and walking for extended periods on the retail sales floor
- Ability to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
