Bumble and bumble seeks a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store consultations and customer service within a prestige beauty environment. The role combines creative expertise and technical knowledge to create an inspirational retail experience, execute visual merchandising standards, and facilitate in-store promotional events. This is a freelance position staffed through Randstad at Estée Lauder Companies retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred; demonstrated ability to execute customer-facing service in a retail sales environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
