This freelance role offers a dynamic opportunity to deliver personalized beauty consultations and exceptional customer service across Estée Lauder Companies' prestige brands at a retail location. The successful candidate will execute visual merchandising displays, support in-store promotional events and product demonstrations, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to educate and inspire customers. Operating within a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, this position requires flexibility across varied shifts and a commitment to creating a welcoming, authentic shopping experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare assessments to in-store customers
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events, product launches, and demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, benefits, and professional application techniques
• Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
• Assist in handling and merchandising products weighing up to 25 lbs

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor
• Ability to reach, bend, and move merchandise regularly

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong customer service backgrounds and demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic retail environments are encouraged to apply.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
