This on-call freelance role offers an opportunity to deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service at a prestige retail location. The successful candidate will execute visual merchandising standards, support in-store promotional events and product demonstrations, and maintain expertise in brand product offerings to educate customers in a fast-paced retail environment. The position is staffed through Randstad Sourceright with Randstad as the employer of record.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods on the retail sales floor
- Able to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service in a retail or hospitality setting. Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
