As a Multi-Branded Beauty Advisor for Estée Lauder Companies' prestige brands including Bumble and bumble, The Ordinary, NIOD, Dr. Jart+, and Origins, this freelance position supports both Ulta Beauty and Sephora retail locations. The role combines creative expertise and passion for customer engagement to deliver personalized in-store experiences, execute impactful visual merchandising, and drive sales through event execution and product demonstrations. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and high-quality customer service to in-store patrons
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays across the retail floor to establish strong brand presence
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including features, benefits, and application techniques to educate consumers effectively
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless floor operations and exceptional customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
