Bumble and bumble seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized customer consultations and elevate the in-store experience at its Austin location. The successful candidate will execute visual merchandising displays, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with the team to maintain exceptional service standards and drive customer engagement in this dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations tailored to individual client needs
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor to enhance brand visibility
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to maximize customer engagement
- Maintain active product knowledge across the Bumble and bumble range, including application techniques and benefits
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with fast-paced retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution (preferred)

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
