Bulgari Japan seeks a Wholesale Sales Executive in Tokyo (Chuo‑ku) to drive wholesale growth, manage key accounts and implement commercial strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and propose commercial strategies for the wholesale and franchise channels in alignment with corporate guidelines to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Coordinate with local marketing to develop and implement marketing and BTL plans that support wholesale commercial objectives and openings.
  • Establish commercial guidelines for new openings, incentives, service standards and order-management protocols; advise on contractual terms and franchise agreements.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including prospective clients and points of sale, working closely with the Wholesale Manager on openings/closings.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and franchise partners to ensure service excellence, retention and growth.
  • Contribute to demand forecasting, order management and operational processes in collaboration with Business Units, Logistics and Administration.
  • Input into Visual Merchandising guidelines, review VM service delivery and support point-of-sale activations and events.
  • Monitor daily sales, returns and outstanding items; oversee Capex control and management and supervise BTL budget performance.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Trainer to drive partner sales performance and staff engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum five years’ professional experience in the luxury sector with demonstrable wholesale or franchise channel exposure.
  • Proven understanding of wholesale processes, contractual matters and legal implications within retail/franchise environments.
  • Deep knowledge of the relevant market and competitor landscape for luxury accessories and watches.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong PC literacy.
  • English language proficiency preferred.
  • Demonstrated drive for results, entrepreneurial mindset, customer focus, integrity and a collaborative team orientation.

At least 5 years' experience in the luxury industry with direct exposure to wholesale or franchise channels; experience working with accessories or watch brands and managing wholesale processes, contracts and key accounts.
