Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as project manager for high‑end watch initiatives: handle requests, coordinate stock transfers (including from Switzerland), monitor program performance and report outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional communication on assortment decisions, discontinuations, pricing requests and new product introductions with commercial, supply‑chain and omni‑channel teams.
  • Monitor inventory and stock availability across channels; manage incoming allocations, special orders, reallocations and ad‑hoc stock requests to ensure availability and minimize missed opportunities.
  • Analyze store assortments, allocate and rebalance merchandise using historical sales, market needs and marketing initiatives; update commercial teams on assortment changes.
  • Produce monthly executive reports and ad‑hoc analysis for senior leadership; prepare reports and presentations for meetings and conferences.
  • Track sales performance and KPIs by SKU, store cluster, aesthetic line, product typology and material; measure performance versus forecast and escalate notable trends.
  • Provide competitive analysis on pricing, activities and competitor initiatives and translate insights into commercial recommendations.
  • Collaborate weekly and monthly with distribution planning, press, merchandising analysts and other stakeholders to align forecasts, launches and reporting cadence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in merchandising, merchandise planning or a related role within watches or luxury retail.
  • Demonstrable passion for the watch category and deep commercial sensibility.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (arrays, statistical functions, pivot tables) and experience with SAP, BW and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and retail‑math capabilities and experience managing forecasts and allocations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, with a high degree of ownership and problem‑solving ability.
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
