Bulgari — Neuchâtel: Watch Marketing Trainee internship (Sept 2026–Feb 2027) supporting Serpenti product launches, analysis and market intelligence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Watch Marketing Manager on activities for the Serpenti collection, including preparation of product sheets and coordination of product shoots.
- Perform competitive intelligence and benchmarking to map products and collections and inform positioning decisions.
- Conduct sales and performance analysis across the product life cycle and identify growth levers.
- Contribute to product portfolio analysis by synthesizing data and producing actionable recommendations.
- Prepare regular market and trend reports to support strategic decision-making and launches.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with Power BI and project management methods.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a results orientation and attention to presentation quality.
- Proactive, autonomous, and solutions-oriented with strong interpersonal skills; prior luxury experience is a plus.
