Bvlgari is seeking a Watch Marketing Intern for its Neuchâtel team, supporting marketing activities for the Serpenti collection, including product launches, sales and market analysis, and portfolio recommendations. This is a six-month, full-time internship starting in March 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team responsible for the Serpenti collection with product launches, including creating product sheets, conducting in-depth competitive analyses, mapping products and collections, and following up on product shoots.
- Analyze sales and performance throughout the product life cycle.
- Analyze luxury market trends and competitive landscapes, and prepare regular reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to product portfolio analysis, synthesize findings, and formulate actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management.
- Prior experience in the luxury sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Project management skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Passion for luxury and intellectual curiosity.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to develop and present strategic insights with attention to both form and content.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and autonomous approach.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Committed and flexible, with the ability to meet objectives under pressure.
