Role & Responsibilities

  • Report to the Watch Managing Director and partner with the Executive Committee and cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Communication, Operations, Finance, HR) to monitor and analyse the watch business performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the Global Watch Business Unit and deliver ad‑hoc analyses of Swiss watch exports and the secondary market.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards to automate reporting and track new business KPIs.
  • Provide sales forecasting input, economic monitoring and competitor trend analysis to support senior decision‑making.
  • Produce and coordinate key strategic presentations (3‑Year Plan, Budget, Business Reviews, Townhalls) with a clear, consistent visual identity.
  • Translate complex data into concise, visually compelling narratives and recommendations for Top Management.
  • Anticipate and track global project timelines and deadlines, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and acting as a trusted liaison between HQ (Rome) and the Neuchâtel Marketing team.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in business, sales or commercial analysis; 4 years preferred, ideally within watches or luxury goods.
  • Full professional fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience producing executive‑level presentations and participating in budgeting and planning cycles.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience
