Bulgari (Dublin) seeks a Warehouse Operator for its Logistics Centre — permanent on‑site role handling receiving, picking, packing and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive inbound deliveries and verify quantity and quality against documentation.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer and wholesale shipments ensuring 100% pick accuracy prior to shipment.
- Process returns and perform general warehouse duties to maintain operational flow.
- Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF technology to record all stock movements and complete transactions in a timely manner.
- Conduct cycle counts and reconciliation activities to support 100% stock accuracy.
- Report deviations from agreed processes and engage in corrective actions.
- Adhere to Good Distribution Practice and Known Consignor security requirements for air freight consignments.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives and highlight opportunities for process optimisation.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in a warehouse or logistics role within a high‑compliance, fast‑paced environment.
- Proven experience in high‑compliance operations (pharmaceutical, luxury goods, or regulated distribution preferred).
- Practical experience with WMS and RF technology is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety, environmental procedures and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and warehouse security procedures (Known Consignor awareness).
- Strong communication skills, organisational rigour and attention to quality.
- Demonstrable teamwork, learning agility, integrity and customer orientation.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on warehouse experience in a high‑compliance, fast‑paced logistics environment; experience with WMS and RF scanning preferred.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational qualification in logistics, warehousing or supply chain is an advantage.
