Bulgari in Dublin seeks a Warehouse Operator (temporary maternity cover). On‑site logistics role requiring WMS/RF experience and high‑compliance warehouse expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns and general warehouse operations in a high‑compliance environment.
- Verify quality and quantity of inbound deliveries and ensure picks are 100% accurate prior to dispatch.
- Operate Warehouse Management Systems and RF devices to record transactions and maintain timely processing.
- Perform cycle counts and other inventory control activities to support full stock accuracy.
- Report deviations from agreed processes and actively participate in quality, health & safety and continuous improvement programmes.
- Ensure full compliance with Good Distribution Practice and Known Consignor security requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' hands‑on experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within a regulated or high‑compliance environment.
- Demonstrable experience using Warehouse Management Systems and RF technology (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP), health & safety and quality procedures.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proven accuracy in order fulfilment.
- Effective communication skills, teamwork, integrity and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years' experience in fast‑paced warehouse/logistics operations with exposure to high‑compliance procedures and inventory control. Experience with WMS and RF systems is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent; vocational qualification in logistics, warehousing or supply chain is desirable but not mandatory.
