Bulgari in Dublin seeks a temporary Warehouse Operative (maternity cover) for its Worldwide Logistics Centre — 3+ years in high‑compliance warehouse operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns and general warehouse duties in line with established procedures.
- Verify quality and quantity of inbound deliveries and record discrepancies.
- Ensure 100% pick accuracy prior to shipment departure and complete all WMS transactions in a timely manner.
- Execute cycle counting and other inventory control activities to maintain stock accuracy.
- Identify and escalate incidents or deviations from agreed processes and support root-cause analysis.
- Adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Known Consignor security requirements.
- Actively participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within a high‑compliance or fast‑paced environment.
- Proven warehouse experience in a regulated or high‑quality operation.
- Practical experience with WMS and RF scanning technology is preferred.
- Familiarity with Good Distribution Practice, health & safety and environmental procedures.
- Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrable integrity, teamwork, flexibility and customer orientation.

Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience in a high‑compliance, fast‑paced operation; prior use of WMS and RF scanning devices preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training or certification in warehouse/logistics operations is advantageous.
