Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production and implementation of visual merchandising initiatives across the North American retail and wholesale network, including seasonal window campaigns, store animations, and special projects.

  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager, central teams in Rome, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects meet Bvlgari’s design codes and global standards.
  • Oversee technical development, fabrication, materials, finishes, and quality control through final installation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production methods, resources, efficiency, and execution.

  • Source and manage venues, audiovisual providers, florists, décor, and staffing partners.
  • Lead production and logistics for Bvlgari showrooms, exhibitions, pop-ups, regional events, and other special projects.
  • Own project timelines from development through installation and dismantling, coordinating internal partners and external vendors for successful execution.
  • Manage production budgets, including estimates, purchase orders, invoicing, forecasting, and reconciliation, in partnership with the Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising.
  • Oversee domestic and international logistics, including freight, customs, warehousing, and transportation, ensuring materials arrive on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain a network of local and international vendors, managing bids, scopes, timelines, quality, and deliverables.
  • Manage, develop, and coach the Visual Merchandising Coordinator, setting clear priorities and supporting professional growth.
  • Oversee visual merchandising production assets, creative inventory, project documentation, technical drawings, renderings, and vendor resources.
  • Establish and continually improve production workflows and processes to support an efficient, scalable visual merchandising organization.
  • Foster communication, collaboration, adaptability, and solution-oriented thinking across projects and teams.
  • Align headquarters, local executives, Retail, Marketing, Operations, PR, and Visual Merchandising on project status.
  • Lead cross-functional and freelance teams on site.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior leaders.
