Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute global and regional visual merchandising guidelines with precision and consistency across windows, fixtures, and signage
  • Implement seasonal campaigns, floor sets, and product storytelling initiatives that align with Bulgari brand standards
  • Maintain pristine store environment through daily management of florals, store décor, prop management, and visual consistency monitoring
  • Act as in-store visual merchandising expert providing day-to-day guidance to store teams on product presentation and visual standards
  • Provide training and onboarding to team members on all visual merchandising updates, including seasonal windows, product launches, and VM initiatives
  • Monitor and manage daily product setup and zoning to balance storytelling with commercial performance and sell-through opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to align visual execution with business priorities and key business moments
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Visual Merchandising Manager and execute regional direction while providing store-level feedback
  • Monitor competitor visual merchandising trends and provide photo reporting on window displays, zoning, and initiatives
  • Perform floor moves, installations, and visual updates in alignment with business needs while maintaining safety protocols
  • Manage boutique prop inventory including ordering replacements and discarding obsolete items
  • Ensure proper product tagging standards and update MyCounter application to reflect all product moves

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail
  • Strong hands-on experience executing visual merchandising in a store environment
  • Experience supporting high-volume or flagship locations strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to lead by example and influence without direct authority
  • Client-centric mindset with passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with high level of adaptability, ownership, and accountability
  • Proficiency in retail systems and reporting tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Mobile photo editing capability
