Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager in developing and implementing VMD strategies to enhance brand image and drive store sales across directly operated stores, wholesale and travel retail.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality in-store and window displays by monitoring visual execution through store visits, photo analysis and training; produce regular VM reports and recommendations.
- Localize and implement global VM guidelines, organise monthly VM ambassador workshops and manage store VM assessments to propagate best practices.
- Manage display materials: oversee local prop stock, order processing, warehouse coordination and liaison with central VMD for production requests.
- Plan and coordinate VM for store openings, pop-ups, fairs, exhibitions and local events including product allocation, prop orders, delivery, on-site setup supervision and post-event reporting.
- Supervise on-site setups that require travel and overnight work or provide remote direction to store teams and VM ambassadors.
- Control VM budgets (support and intercompany), coordinate lightbox visual orders/ installations with Marketing & Communications, and prepare display plans, presentations and guidelines.
- Manage VM team schedules and resource allocation; support operational needs of VM members when necessary and maintain close cross‑functional collaboration with retail, marketing and merchandising teams.
- Oversee floral and greenery installations and ensure all visual elements meet brand standards and local market needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in visual merchandising; 5–7 years in VMD within the luxury sector preferred, with jewellery & watch experience strongly advantageous.
- Proven track record managing visual displays, store installations and coordinating multi‑site setups (including events and pop‑ups).
- Business level English required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination abilities; readiness to travel and work occasional nights/overnights.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness, problem‑solving agility and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Minimum three years of visual merchandising experience, preferably within the luxury sector; demonstrated experience coordinating store and event installations, managing display inventories and executing local adaptations of global VMD concepts. Prior exposure to jewellery and watch retail environments is preferred.
Education
